Tuxedo Rental Agreement

                           1.    Your tuxedo rental includes: Coat, Pant, Standard Shirt, vests, tie & formal shoes,

             2.  Your Suit Rentals will include: Coat, Pant, Standard Shirt, Vest & Tie

3.    Free GROOM’S Tuxedo rental with a wedding party rental of 7 or more tuxedos.

4.    Tuxedos must be available for pickup or returned by 5pm the first business day following the event.  There will be a $50 per day per tux late charge for each tux not available for pick up specified above

5.    The renter agrees that the items rented will be used in a manner for which it was reserved for use and will be returned in the original packaging it was received in

6.    Renter is responsible for return of ALL rented items to Maui Tuxedos Online As arranged at time of delivery or pick up. Renter is also responsible for any repair or replacement costs of missing and or damaged articles   

7.    Cancellations must be made no less than 2weeks prior to event date. If cancellation is made less than 2 Weeks the renter will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one half of the total rental charge.

8.    By completing this transaction you agree to all of the above terms
